How to get there

The Chamonix valley sits at the foot of Mont Blanc in the heart of the French Alps, displaying glaciers and breathtaking views of the snow capped mountains all around. Chamonix valley is ranked one of the top skiing and boarding resorts in the world and while Chamonix is famous for skiing in the winter, you may be surprised to hear that the summer time is just as popular - walking, hiking, rock climbing, paragliding, water rafting, mountain bike trails, even an 18 hole golf course! Not to mention major sports events such as the Mont Blanc Marathon and the Ultra Trail du Mont Blanc.

Getting around

Chalet Martinique is a luxury ski chalet, situated in a beautifully quiet areas of Chamonix, with uninterrupted views of Mont Blanc from the chalet and garden, Chalet Martinique is also less than 5 minutes on foot to the main high street, shops, bars and restaurants too. The nearest supermarket is less than 5 minutes away in the car and there are smaller supermarkets available in the pedestrian high street within walking distance. The main Chamonix Centre bus station is an 8 minute walk from Chalet Martinique.
