How to get there
Fly to Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ). JFK for instance, in NYC, has many non-stop flights. Punta Cana is the main region and the Cap Cana gated complex is 3 miles away. There are abundant taxi services to choose from as well as a full core of car rental agencies. We also have an airport pick-up and drop-off service available for $40 (US). Please arrange with us before you arrive.The entire facility is newly built and the architecture is in a grass hut motif.

Getting around
This is a large gated complex with cart paths for biking, electric carts, etc. If you plan to stock up on finger-food, beer, wine etc. The Mercado National just outside of Punta Cana International airport is your best bet. It's stocked just like any major American grocery chain. They have a decent wine and liquor section. Blue Mall shopping complex is brand new and easy to navigate through. Inside Cap Cana, a car is recommended to get to various venues. When venturing about outside Cap Cana complex, stay alert as there are a multitude of motor bikes and mini-buses to contend with at various speeds. There is a brand new gas station 1/2 mile from the rental car area at the airport for refills before returning the car.
