Fly into Managua. Granada is one hour away. Our usual driver and guide can pick you up at the airport and take you to the house for $35 plus tip.

Once you are in Granada, you can walk everywhere so you don't need a car. There are car rental agencies in Granada, or you can rent a car plus driver/experienced guide for $60 per day plus gasoline to take you to all of the nearby attractions. This is probably the best option because you will not need a car every day.
