M5 North or Southbound

1) At junction 27, exit on to the A361 heading towards Barnstaple.

2) Follow the A361 for 35miles. This leads directly into the A39 at the ‘Lake roundabout’ south of Barnstaple.

3) Take the A39 for 10 miles until reaching the Abbotsham roundabout.

4) At the roundabout, take the 1st exit left (signposted to the ‘Superstore’), and after 50 meters turn right toward Littleham.

5) Follow the road for 0.4 miles, passing by the dairy farm.

6) Turn left in to the drive which has a red brick wall and red brick house.

7) Follow the driveway for 300 yards as it sweeps left, carries on straight at the fork, around the back of the swimming pool, and you arrive at the carpark. The key box is stored inside a lock box on the outside wall of the biomass building located in the car park.

NOTE : If you’re using satnav, the postcode is pretty close, and will actually take you just past the redbrick Lodge.

This is because the postcode covers about 10 houses over a half mile stretch.
