The monkey tempel is situated on a peaceful, green, religious and little hill in Kathmandu. You can walk around and also go by foot to the tourist center. A mini-bus is also easy to take and very cheap. A daily visit to the monkey tempel on top next to our door, will keep your physical conditions up-dated. Sporty people can run in the morning around the monkey tempel-hill (some 2 km). Between 5 and 7 AM, religious en sporty Nepalese people do the same (running or walking). At that moment there is little/no traffic around. Also for just a glanz of the Nepalese life nowadays - mix of religious and modern life, it's worth an early wake-up.
