Take the A75 west past Dumfries to Castle Douglas. Take the first exist off the by-pass and continue into the centre of Castle Douglas, passing Tesco on your left. At the roundabout take the 3rd exit and continue down King Street, passing shops on either side. Continue on down King Street passing the town clock on your right. The road forks but keep straight on (Moores Fish and Chip Shop will be on your right). Once round the bend in the road the Loch will come into view on your left. Violet Grove is on your right almost immediately opposite the junction. Parking for 1 car is on the driveway in front of the cottage. There is also on street parking.

You will receive an e-mail to explain the key procedure a few days prior to your arrival. Guests are requested not arrive before 3pm and to leave by 10.30am on day of departure
