If you bring the you can park 50 meters away from the Apartment ( additional Charge ). about the price please make negotiation by your self with the local people who have the land for parking.

The beach and Shopping center you need 10 minutes walk. Bar, Cafe, and Restaurant you need 15 minutes walk.
