Since the apartment is situated very close to the main town square vast majority of things to see and do are within walking distance (less than one kilometer away). To reach most of the beaches apart from the one beneath the church of St. Euphemia you may rent bikes or use your car. There is also an option to use ferry transportation to two largest islands in Rovinj`s archipelago: St. Catherine and St. Andrews. One other thing that is a must while visiting my hometown is a visit to Golden Cape, a protected forested area where you can walk, run, do some practice, swim or just lay on one of many pebble beaches and enjoy the water, the sun and typical Mediterranean summer scent with pine resins in the air.
