Traveling From M5 Southbound

Follow the M5 towards Newton Abbot, taking the A380 to Torquay past Newton Abbott. Stay on the A380 to

Paignton then take the A3022 following the signs to Brixham.

Traveling From Plymouth

Leave the A38 taking the A385 to Totnes, drive through Totnes towards Paignton.

At the Collaton St Mary crossroads turn right onto the A3022 and follow the signs to Brixham.

As You Approach Brixham

(Roads in Brixham tend to be narrow so please take extra care when turning in or out of junctions)

You will pass the welcome to Brixham sign on your left

At the traffic lights the road forks, take the right fork.

At the roundabout turn left.

Follow the road for about 1/2 a mile, the road bends to the right and then to the left.

Follow the road to the traffic lights.

At the lights turn right into Greenswood Road.

Follow Greenswood road and take the 1st turning on your left into Castor Road.

Follow Castor road uphill for about 1/2 a mile where you will find a tree in the centre of the road.

Pass the tree with the tree on your right i.e. use the tree as a roundabout. follow the road for 50 yards and there is

a sharp turn to the left.

Follow the road for about 800 yards and South Bay Holiday park is on your right.

Across the road from the Train Station is the Bus Station. Catch the No. 12 for Brixham.

There is a bus service from Brixham to South Bay Holiday Park that runs Monday to Saturday

Except Public Holidays.

The No 15 Or 16 bus can be caught from the same place as the bus from Paignton stops.

The bus to the holiday park runs every 30 mins.
