Riverview, Kandy is located 2.3 kilometres from the city of Kandy. Public transportation is available from the main bus station. Guests will have to take bus route Aruppola-Lewella and get off at Gangasiriwatte and walk a short distance to House No. 17. However, it would be more convenient to use the pick-up service offered by Riverview, Kandy. This could avoid some misunderstanding and unpleasant circumstances with Tuk Tuk drivers. The host is willing to pick guests up from the city, the bus station or railway station, with prior notice.

The sea plane lands in Polgolla which is about 2 kilometres from the homestay. The Bandaranaike International Airport is approximately 110 kilometres away and if guests are arriving directly from the airport, they will enjoy a scenic drive through the mountains into the Central Province of Sri Lana.
