How to get there
From the seafront head to Cockington Village - after about 1 km we are on the left as you enter the village with signs for our Lanscombe House. If you are following a satnav then you may be directed down a single track road with passing places that takes you to the village centre. We have a brown tourist sign directing to Lanscombe House and the seafront - we are about 400m down Cockington Lane on the right hand side.

Getting around
Public transport is great in Torbay with the number 12 bus taking you around the Bay every 10 minutes. There is a village bus operating Mon to Fri down to Torquay harbour area where there are boats across the Bay to Brixham and further along the coast to Dartmouth. The train from Torquay (half a mile away) takes you to Exeter via Newton Abbot, Teignmouth and beyond
