How to get there
A car is recommended as we live on the outskirts of a town and you will need a car to drive to the beaches and attractions. There is plenty of space for parking and we are easily reached from the motorway.
Our nearest airports are Quimper, Lorient, Brest and further afield Nantes and Rennes.
The closest Ferry Port is Roscoff (1.5 hours), St Malo (2.5 hours), then Caen and Cherbourg (approx 4 hours). Calais is about a 7 hour drive from here.
Near by the old train track has been opened up as a green route and you can now cycle from Rosporden to Concarneau in one direction and from Rosporden to Roscoff in the other direction. A nice and easy way to explore the stunning Breton countryside.

Getting around
The easiest way is by car as you will be able to see so much more of the area. There is a bus route nearby that takes you to Concarneau and also one in Rosporden that in the summer the bus has a bike rack so you can cycle and then put your bus on the back for a £1 per journey. The nearest train (SNCF) is in Rosporden, 2kms. However we do have a selection of bikes for adults and children that you can use free of charge to visit our local town and also to explore around Keranmeriet.
