How to get there
If you are travelling from the airport there is a shuttle bus from there to Redland Bay ferry terminal where the car and passenger ferries leave from for the 4 inhabited islands , Karragarra being one of them
The passenger ferries are also free for interisland travel so that you can explore the other islands at your leisure
