From the apartment you can easily reach the train station, buese and pier, in about ten minutes walked. The nearest beach is La Caleta, about 12 minutes walk along the Paseo Alameda to the seaside, where you get museums and the botanical park, it is really beautiful. Getting to the new part (Puerta Tierra) of Cádiz is easy, in Plaza España you have three internal bus routes, the number 1 takes you to the longest beach in Cádiz if you do not want to walk. Getting to the downtown restaurants is a few minutes and you will get many places to eat, tapas and share ice cream, coffee, a beer or a good wine. There are rental bicycles, motorcycles and taxis. Cádiz is easily explored walked.
