How to get there
Runach Arainn is on South end of the Isle of Arran. The Isle of Arran sits in the Firth of Clyde to the West of Glasgow. It is accessed via ferry from the port of Ardrossan in North Ayrshire. For details of the ferry see Calmac Ferries
The ferry berths in the port of Brodick, where you can pick up supplies in the local Co-op. We are 18 miles (35 minutes drive) from the ferry port. Follow the coast road South around the Island. As you enter the village of Kilmory take the next right turn signposted to the Church and follow the road to the Church and we are just by the Church.

Getting around
Kilmory is a quiet little hamlet and there are plenty of forest and beach walks available from the site. You can use your car to get around the island if you wish, but there is also a regular and reliable bus service running both ways round the island. The nearest bus stop is 5 minutes walk from the site.
