How to get there
I will send an information booklet, along with the apartment keys, a few weeks before you depart for Portugal. In that booklet is all the driving directions you will need to find the apartment and also directions to some great nearby lesser known beaches that you should visit.

Getting around
A car is recommended but not essential. The airport is a 50 minute drive away using the motorway. A taxi from the airport and back again can be the same price as a rental car and there's lots of parking outside the complex so it's worth considering renting a car. The resorthoppa bus service runs from Faro airport also for roughly 10euro per person each way. It can take 90 minutes. There's a local shop just across the road for fresh bread, fruit and bits and pieces and there are several supermarkets a short drive away
