From Cam Ranh Airport: the taxi should cost around 250000 to 300000 VND if you negotiate with the taxi driver beforehand. Otherwise, they will charge you by meter counter (total trip may cost more than 500000).

Alternatively, near the airport's entrance, you can buy Airport Bus ticket to "86 Tran Phu" (~100000 VND). From there, take a taxi to us (6 Nguyen Thien Thuat, Tan Lap) (20000 to 30000 VND).
