How to get there
Easyjet or Ryanair from Ciampino. Car rental recommended! Parking at Cesano train station park and use of the train is the best solution to visit the city especially when going to the Vatican. Alternatively guests can drive down to Rome (20 to 40 minutes drive depending on traffic) and park their car at low cost car park and use public transports to cover short distances. When going out for dinner in Rome the use of the car is highly recommended!

Getting around
Our self-catering country cottage located in Rome XV "Municipio" is 30 minutes drive from Rome downtown and 900 m from the closest urban train station (Cesano). Vatican Museums (Valle Aurelia) are only 1 euro and 35 minutes away from Cesano station. Rome largest airport in Fiumicino, Leonardo da Vinci, is 35 minute drive. Rome's second airport, in Ciampino, is 45 minutes drive. Both airports are served by a shuttle bus service to and from Rome main bus and train stations.
