Take the A1, exit at Martha Brae, head South along Market Street, Keep right at the Y-Junction, Keep left at the next intersection and continue along that road for approx 600 metres and you will see the very prominent entrance to Holland Estates on your right. Turn in, go past the gate house and go left at the small roundabout and you will arrive at a security post approx 150m directly ahead. From there just follow the road all the way around to where it terminates at a T-Junction. From there turn left up into the cul de sac and its the third house on the left.
