Villa Patrizia is located 1,5 km far from Porto Rotondo and is easily and quickly accessible from Olbia. From Olbia centre in 15 minutes and from the airport in 20 minutes, you can joint Vista Villa.

Arriving from Olbia Airport , or Olbia Harbour, follow the indications for Palau-Costa Smeralda and at the third roundabout go right direction of Porto Rotondo. After 1 km you will found another roundabout just passing a Q8 gasoline station.
Follow the direction to Porto Rotondo and after 500mt, before the village, just in front of a restaurant called 'Lo Stazzu' turn right in the street 'Via Stazzu Bide, and after 80 mt at the cross turn left, continue in 'Via Li Nibbari' up to the entrance gate of the residence 'Monte Ladu'.

Pass the gate and go to the end of the street inside the residence. Parking in the area, and you will see a stair in front, keeping you just to the house.
