Gatehouse of Fleet is just 2 miles off the main A75 road running East to West between Dumfries and Stranraer. When in Gatehouse itself, when driving from the East, go along the main street (High Street) and turn left just before the car park. Approaching from the West then turn right after the car park and you will see the apartment behind the Old Tannery building which now houses a coffee house/restaurant and post office above and Spar supermarket below
