Drive to Ponte a Moriano village (near Lucca). Approaching the village, you find a large roundabout. On the right you can see a supermarket/shopping centre, called "Esselunga". From the roundabout, take direction to the centre of Ponte a Moriano (1 km), then drive through Ponte a Moriano village and arrive at the main square. Soon after, turn left on the bridge over river Serchio, cross the river and turn right just after the bridge. Then drive straight on for 3,8 kms, then turn left in a small road just next to another bridge (the road has no name and there aren't any indications, but it's the only one). Drive along this road (for 1,8 kms), always straight on (don't take the turning on the right nor the one on the left). After a sharp bend of the road, you'll find a group of three houses on the right side. The house at number 3, the nearest to the road, is Casa Patrizia. It is a stone house with a small wooden gate, that opens directly on the road.
