you can get a municipal bus or turkish air lines bus from airport to kizilay, 5 and 15 tl.
from kizilay you can take to 318 or 317 bus nr to bagcilar. ask to driver address. after one stop you need to get of .apt is at right corner. in front door bottom ring belongs to apt super cem celebi. he ll give the key to you. there is big supermarket at the down floor of kocatepe mosque.
