The keys to the apartment are always kept at the offices of Thesen Islands Destinations which is situated at TH1, Long Street Extension, Thesen Islands, Knysna. As you drive onto Thesen Islands it is the first office on your left hand side. If you check in during weekdays between 14h00 and 17h00 the keys will be handed to you at the office. If you arrive after hours or over weekends the keys will be left for you in a key safe situated at the front door of the office and we shall send you via email the code to open the safe. Your keys and a map with directions of how to find the apartment will be inside the safe.
