Depending on how or where you are travelling from you can find clear routes and easy to follow instructions using Google maps and / or the AA route planner available freely on the internet.
Plan your route depending on where you are coming from, keeping in mind that the nearest town is Nenagh, County Tipperary.
From Nenagh your journey should be no longer than 30 minutes.

Exit Nenagh sign posted Lough Derg Drive (R493) / Borrisokane (N52).

Take the signposted left turn towards Pukane / Ballinderry. (This is a continuation of Lough Derg Drive).

After passing through Pukane you will soon come to a pink cottage, which is on the right but continue past this remaining on the same road for a further 5km. (There is a signpost here directing towards Coolbawn).

You will come to Coolbawn Quay on the left, our road is the next main right turn up a winding lane (L5068) which you continue up until you see our cottages together on the right.
