How to get there
BY TAXI
If you arrive at Lisbon's airport, the trip should take a round 20 to 25 minuts and cost between 14 and 18 euros, depending if it is day or night. It will be much faster if you get a train at the departures area instead of the arrival area. Make sure the driver uses the machine where yiou can see the price you will pay. Ask for a receipt before paying (in portuguese. RECIBO) and make sure the car's license and the final price you have paid are correct on the paper.
BY TRANSPORTS
From Lisbon's airport, get on the subway to CAIS DO SODRÉ (around 20 minutes) and then get on the train to BELÈM (8 minutes). Majke sure you don't get a fast train. You must get on atrain that stops in every station, including Belém.
Belém train station is 12 minutes walk from the flat. Ask for the Botanical Garden and walk at Calçada do Galvão until you find the apartment's street on your left side.

Getting around
All Belem attractions are in walking distance: Belem Tower, Jeronimos Monastery, the Monument to Discoveries, the Coaches Musem, the MAAT, Belem Cultural Center, Ajuda Palace, Belem Botanical Gardens, Ajuda Botanical Gardens, the Maritime Museum, the Nata Cake Factory. TRAIN that connects Belem to Cais do Sodré (in 8 minutes) and Belem to Cascais (30 minutes trip): 12 minutes walking distance from the flat BUS 728: Connects Belém with Parque das Nações, passing in Santos, Cais Sodré, Praça do Comércio, Alfama, Beato and Marvila. TRAM 15 and TRAM 18 both connect Belém with Cais do Sodré. TAXIS: expect to pay around 8 euros to get to the center. If you are 3 persons, it gets cheaper than public transports.
