How to get there
We are located on the A169 road from Pickering to Whitby..At the bottom of Coach Rd, Sleights, just after the bridge, take a left, and we are the first house on the left.
From The A171 Guisborough Road to Whitby, take the second right at the roundabout before Whitby, (marked Pickering), drive down the hill and we are the first road on the right before the bridge.
Coming from Ruswarp, drive along Briggswarth, and at the junction of A169, drive straight across (sign for St.Oswalds Pastoral Centre).

Getting around
In the village of Sleights, there are pubs, cafe, garden centre, hairdressers/beautician, butchers/deli,Post Office and late opening Spar supermarket. There are pubs - The Salmon Leap, The Plough, The Bridge at Ruswarp, and The Forge at Aislaby, (5 minutes drive).These all provide food, but sometimes on a Sunday evening, they may have run out of a selection, and then it is advisable to go into Whitby (5 minutes drive) to eat. Sleights train station is a five minute walk, and there are two buses an hour into Whitby, plus the Coastliner which goes to York and Leeds. Trains from Sleights go to Midddlesbrough, and there are buses from Whitby to Scarborough.
