How to get there

Travelling from any of the North France Ferry ports we always stop off in either Nantes (for Roscoff, Saint Malo) or Le Mans (for Caen, Le Havre). Toll roads for motorways on either of these routes will cost around 30Euros.

Travelling down it's best to come off the motorway at Libourne (J37) as it's just as quick and saves about 20Euros on the toll road to Bordeaux.

When you arrive on the Route de Bergerac (D936) from Sainte-Foy to Bergerac, follow the road past Gardonne until you reach a turn off right to the D16 (sign posted Pomport / Le Monteil). Follow this road through Le Monteil to a crossroads. Go straight over the crossroads which takes you down and then up over the hill above La Nichoir. As you come down again take the 2nd road on the left (sign posted Pomport 1.2km).

La Nichoir is the 2nd driveway you will see almost immediately after the turn.

Take a right out of the airport at Bergerac. At the round-about, turn left (3rd exit). At the next round-about go straight over. At the 3rd round-about take the left turn again (3rd exit). This road is the Route d' Eymet (D933). Follow this road for about 3km. After the winding bends you will see the L' Epi D' Or de Montbazillac (Bakery).

Turn immediately right after this and continue along the D17 for about 4 km to Pomport village. As you enter through the pillars at the entrance to the village take the 1st right (sign posted Route de Lamonzie St. Martin D16E). Follow this road for about 1 km. La Nichoir is the 2nd to last driveway on the left before reaching the T Junction.
