How to get there

Rt 95/128 from the South to Peabody where 128 diverges from 95 heading to Gloucester. DO NOT TAKE 95 N or you will end up in New Hampshire. 128 continues on the left although the signage says it is an exit, it really is just a straight line with 94 curving off to the right. From Peabody on 128, just stay on 128 to the end in Gloucester. Go half way around two rotaries and straight to the first set of lights at Eastern Avenue/127 and turn LEFT onto 127. Stay on 127 into Rockport (about 3 miles) and at the 5 corner intersection bear to the right going down hill toward the harbor. At the end, the harbor wharf will be in front of you and the shops begin. Turn LEFT and follow shops on Main St around to the left along the shore for 2/12 blocks to the house on the left. We are just past Beach St.

If you are flying into Boston, you can take the subway to North Station then the commuter train to Rockport which is at the end of the line. Walk out to the street at the Duncan Donuts, turn RIGHT and walk a block to the 5 corner intersection. Turn LEFT on Main St walking against the one way out traffic about 2 blocks. House will be on the RIGHT before the start of the shops.
