After you arrive at Noi Bai International Airport, I would suggest you take the minibus (it is more budget and will prevent you from being ripped off by those cab drivers). You can ask the minibus driver to drop you right in front of our house. But remember to negotiate (anything more than 2 dollars than what you already paid for is ridiculous and you can call me if you need help).
In the case the minibus driver only drop you at the last station, which is on Quang Trung Street, you may check google map and find that it is within walking distance or you can take a cab (should be around less than 2 dollars judging on the distance) :)
