From Montego Bay, once you access the main highway leaving the airport, it is a straight shot to Runaway Bay. The main highway is a very good mostly new highway and your trip to Runaway Bay should take about one hour if traveling by bus or taxi.

Cost of transportation covers a broad spectrum and can vary from inexpensive bus rides to expensive taxis. Inquire inside the terminal before you decide what option you might prefer.
