How to get there
Take either Exit 31 or 37 from I 40. Get on Hwy 110 S and travel 5 miles to 276 S. Turn left at the redlight. Travel 4 miles until you come to Harley Creek Outpost. Turn left, go one mile to security gate. Then travel 3/4 miles up Dream Mtn to 146 Promiseland...steep, curvy driveway needing all wheel or 4 W drive.
