ROAD:

From the A1 southbound take the slip road at the Tranent turnoff. This is signed North Berwick A198.

From the A1 northbound take the 3rd Exit at the Thistly Cross Roundabout and follow signs for the A198 to North Berwick.

The A198 provides you with direct access to North Berwick.

RAIL:

There is an hourly train service from Edinburgh (Waverley) station to North Berwick. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. For further information please see the ScotRail website (http://www.scotrail.co.uk/).

AIR:

Edinburgh airport is the closest airport to North Berwick situated approximately 33 miles to the west of the town. The journey time by road takes approximately 40 minutes and there are numerous car hire companies operating out of the main terminal building. There is also a regular bus service from the airport to the Edinburgh (Waverley) train station (see above).
