How to get there
Follow M5 west and leave motorway just after Exeter for Bodmin on the A30. Leave A30 at Newquay
(Higate Hill) junction signposted airport A39 (A390).
Short dual carriage way on A39 to roundabout, take the A392 Newquay exit. Follow A392 all the way to Newquay outskirts, pass Morrison’s supermarket in the right, and at the next mini roundabout turn left to Redruth and the A3075. Follow this road for about 3 miles and turn right at Cubert and Holywell sign. Pass through Cubert village and drop down the hill into Holywell. Just past the Treguth Inn (a thatched 13 century pub) turn left into Treguth Close. Then turn to the left and the property is at the end on the right.
