How to get there

The 2-story Guest House is located off a paved road running alongside the east side of the property (VT Route 122), which is regularly plowed by the town during the winter months.

DIRECTIONS:

Traveling NORTH on I-91: Follow I-91 N to Exit 24 (VT-122) -- at Exit 24 go toward WHEELOCK -SHEFFIELD (for 0.2 miles). Then follow the winding Route 122/Gilman Rd. for about 12 miles -- go through Wheelock, Sheffield and Sheffield Square. When passing Old Duck Pond Rd. (on your Right), at about the 9-mile mark, you'll be at the bottom of a gradual 3-mile climb to the top (to Sheffield Heights). At the top you'll note two new houses on your Left and the VAST Trail crossing just past the second house. At this point you will finally begin going downhill, and you will also pass a "Moose Crossing" warning sign on your right. We are the two barn-red houses with white trim, on your Left (below the level of Route 122).

If coming from NORTH of I-91 Exit 24: then Exit 25 is the better Exit to use if the weather is bad, or it's very late at night and you want a short trip to the Guest House from I-91: Get off of I-91 at Exit 25 and follow Route 16 South for about 4 miles. Make a LEFT onto Route 122. Follow that for about 2 miles. Almost immediately after the "Moose Crossing" sign on your right, before you reach the top of the hill, you will see us on your Right. We are the two barn-red houses with white trim (below the level of Route 122).
