Entering Whitby from the A171 north, drive past the petrol station on your left, straight across at the roundabout and continue to the traffic lights. Keep in the left hand lane taking you into the town centre. Proceed straight at the roundabout and immediately after the bus station turn right. After 200m the road splits, Frankland House is located in the middle of the terrace on your right hand side with a grey painted door and wall. There is parking (20 yards) prior to the property for unloading, and the owner has a parking permit located in the property with instructions of where to park after that, alternatively there is free parking further up the hill.
