How to get there
Fly here to Honolulu Airport. rent a car, hire a taxi , or Windward Airport Shuttle or leave the airport and walk to Big Kahunas have BBQ and call uber to arrange a pick up.
If you do not have luggage larger than a back pack, then the Bus is a transportation option. Once you arrive downtown Honolulu take a 56 or 57 to downtown Kailua. We are located 1/3 of a mile from the bus stop in the middle of Kailua.

Getting around
Most people find that renting a car is the most convenient way to get around.The Bus is clean and excellent and is an excellent choice for a circle island trip or a direct ride to downtown or Ala Moana shopping (56 or 57) center. In some ways it is more convenient as there is no delay looking for a parking place. If you are not renting a car traveling to Sheffield House from the airport , the choices are shuttle, cab,uber or lyft or bus. Windward Airport Shuttle will pre-arrange a pick up from the airport. The Bus does not allow luggage larger than a back pack . Uber may not pick up at the airport. You must walk/cab off site (to say the shopping center with Big Kahunas eat pizza or BBQ) and to be picked up.
