You can book a transfer with Resort Hopper.
Or there is an airport bus every hour to Bodrum, then take Dolmus to Koyunababa Bay, Gumusluk.

Getting around
I can recommend a great car hire company, you can ask them to provide a sat nav. Or its easy enough to get around on the dolmus, the stop is a 5 min walk form the villa. Or I can give you the contact details for a driver, whom you can book to take you out and about. Prices are very reasonable. Uber also available here.
