Uber works very well in our area. There's a bus stop in front of La Concha Hotel which gives you easy access to Old San Juan. There's a free bus/trolley service called La Linea San Juan, you can check it out for actual stops. Most attractions like tours to El Yunque and the Bioluminicent bay in Fajardo may be booked including transportation. You may rent a car to sight see many other places, we have a parking spot for you to use.
