Year round activities include Wheels Through Time (check their website for winter hours), the Biltmore Estate (40 min drive), local breweries in Waynesville; Frog Level Brewery, Tipping Point and Bearwaters. Enjoy the quaint, charming downtown of Waynesville with lots of small, locally owned businesses; Mast General Store, High Country Furniture, the Chocolate Bear, a local quilt shop and Christmas store, art galleries and pottery stores, delicious restaurants; the Chef's Table (our favorite), Sweet Onion, The Patio, The Wineseller, Nick & Nate's, Bocelli's, Tipping Point (also a brewery) and City Bakery.
