The resort is an approximate 1 hr drive from the airport of Plovdiv and approx.3 hrs drive from Sofia. It is widely regarded as the most 'up market' of all the Bulgarian resorts.

Airlines that fly to sofia from Ireland and UK include Easyjet, British Airways, Bulgaria Air and Wizzair

Their is public transport by bus from Sofia to Pamporovo 4 times daily which is about £20 return and It takes between 3 - 4 hours. There is also a private car transfer which would cost approx. £80 one way.
