BY AIR:Most international flights will arrive at Munich airport (150km from us). You will be best off hiring a car and driving down. Start off by taking the ring road around Munich direction Lindau/A 96. Once you get onto the A96 watch out for signs to Füssen. Exit and follow the B17 all the way down to Schwangau and then Schwangau/Horn.Ryanair flies to Memmingen airport (only 75km from us), you are best off hiring a car and following the motorway A7 all the way through Füssen and on to Schwangau/Horn.BY ROAD:Take the motorway A7 all the way down to Füssen then follow signs to the castles and Schwangau. Schwangau/Horn will be the first village on your left once you have passed Füssen. We are very close to Hotel Steiger which is sign-posted.If you come from Munich, a faster way will be to take road B17 (the romantic road) all the way to Schwangau, then continue beyond the main village (direction Füssen) to arrive in Schwangau/Horn.BY RAIL:Our nearest train station is Füssen (4km from us). From there you can either take a bus or a taxi to Schwangau/Horn.
