The farmhouse is easily reached by the E45 expressway, Massa Martana / Bastardo exit. All roads are easy and paved. After the exit, follow the road for a few km, then before the town, at the second roundabout take a secondary road on the left towards Todi. Go along for about 500 m, after a bridge, turn right, go up an uphill road with various narrow streets side roads, take the last small road on the right, bordered by large oak trees, you arrive in the village where you will be welcomed to take possession of the house.
