There are a number of ways of getting from Dubrovnik (Cilipi) and Tivat airport to Herceg Novi.
Bus
The least expensive but not necessarily easiest method is to take the bus.
There are daily scheduled services between Dubrovnik and Herceg Novi and Tivat and Herceg Novi, however depending on when your flight arrives you may have to wait a while. Blue Line (http://www.blueline-mne.com/) is Montenegrin bus company that has daily lines from Dubrovnik to Herceg Novi's main bus stations.
Taxi
Taxis can be booked in advance or at the airport and are quick, convenient and are approximately 50 – 60 Euros per trip to Herceg Novi See (for indicative pricing see: http://www.intravelmontenegro.net/transferi.html)
Car hire
Depending on availability and advanced booking it may be a more cost effective option to hire a car from the airport, especially if you plan on exploring the Montenegrin mountains and lakes.
Pickup service
We are also happy to offer a pick-up and drop off service to the airport if this is more convenient for you, though we are only able to offer this to a maximum of 4 people per trip.
