How to get there

By train:

High speed trains now run between London St Pancras and Broadstairs every hour - journey time is 1hr 22 minutes. Alternatively, regular services run from London Victoria (1hr 40mins) and London Charing Cross (2 hours). The Hideaway is approximately 15 minutes' walk from the station.

By road:

From the M25, take junction 2 and join the A2, signposted Canterbury, which later becomes the M2. Follow the motorway to junction 7, then turn onto the A299 (Thanet Way) signposted to Ramsgate. Follow the A299 for approximately 20 miles until you see signs for Broadstairs. Follow signs to the town centre/seafront. Precise directions will be provided on booking.

Alternatively, from Heathrow or Gatwick:

Take the M25 in an anticlockwise direction, then join the M20 until junction 7 where you take the A249 to join the M2. Then directions as above.

By air:

Kent International Airport (Manston) is only 5 miles from Broadstairs, with scheduled flights from Belfast and Edinburgh. Check for further information. Gatwick is the nearest international airport (136km), though Stansted (160km) and Heathrow (176km) are also within easy reach. Express rail services link each airport to London.

By sea:

Regular ferry services operate to Dover (36km) or Ramsgate (6km). Alternatively, take the Eurotunnel from Calais to Folkestone (51km).
