How to get there
The airports of Bordeaux (70 mins), La Rochelle (40 mins), Limoge (130 mins) are not too far away with good links to the A10 and N10.
By Air: Low cost flights to La Rochelle, Poitiers and Bordeaux, from Stanstead are fairly frequent.
By Rail: The TGV stops at Niort or Surgeres.

By Sea: The channel ports St Malo in three and a half hours, Caen and Le Havre in five hours and Cherbourg in about five and a half hours. All these ports operate overnight ferries where you can take a cabin
