How to get there
The apartment is on Conch Shell Drive in Gros Islet town proper. It is one street over from Dauphin Street, the main street in Gros Islet town proper.
Getting to Gros Islet from the air or sea port by public transportation involves some walking. It is cheaper but I only recommended it if you have only a few pieces of light luggage. I do not recommend it if you arrive after 4pm at UVF in Vieux Fort or after 5pm at SLu in Castries.

For taxi, I will share, on request, the contact for a trusted taxi driver that knows exacftly where the apartment is located.
Otherwise, directions are as follows:
- You will follow the main Gros Islet highway.
- Turn left onto Dauphin Street.
- Turn at the 2nd right.
- Turn immediately at the 1st left.
The house is the 3rd building on your left. it is green and yellow with two balconies and a wide parking space in front.

Getting around
SAINT LUCIA DOES NOT HAVE NUMBERED HOUSES and many taxi drivers do not know the street names. Google maps is a great help in getting around, so download directions before heading out and keep it handy. There is easy access to cheap public bus just one street away from the house. Minibuses charge EC$1.75 for short trips e.g. to the marina or the malls and EC$3.00 to Castries until 11pm or midnight on weekends. Most amenities, including lovely beaches, bars, hiking trails, fast food, horse rides etc. are within walking distance.
