Getting around
Todi is a lovely town and lies in the middle of Umbria, so it is an eccelent point of departure to visit the whole region. The most beautiful towns of Umbria, such as Orvieto, Spoleto, Perugia and the Trasimeno lake, Assisi are all within 30/50 minutes driving. Furthermore, in the immediate surroundings, there are many old and charming villages to visit as Spello, Norcia, the highlands of Castelluccio, Trevi, Bevagna and Montefalco. Montefalco is also well known also for it vineyards and the production of the Rosso di Montefalco and primarily the Sagrantino wines. We advice to visit one or more winiries in this area.
