How to get there

Follow the M5 south towards Exeter. Follow the M5 and take Junction 31 (Bodmin / Okehampton A30).

Follow the A30 towards Okehampton. (small service station at Okehampton come off at B3260 if you need fuel).

Take the next Junction (Bude / Holsworthy A3079). (service station, Little Chef & Travel Lodge at this junction).

Follow the A3079 all the way through to Holsworthy. You will pick up the A3072 as you get near to Holsworthy.

As you come into Holsworthy you will come up a hill to a round-about. Turn left and go through the town and down the hill. You will pass under a bridge, turn right. You will come to a mini round-about. (If you wish to pick up supplies turn right to go to Waitrose). Go straight across the round-about and turn left at the end of the road.

Follow this road for approx. 2.5 miles (Do Not Follow signs for Pyworthy, we are actually 3 miles from the village)

You will come to Brooks House ( the only house on the right hand side of the road). Just after the house take the next right. This road is about 1 mile long, when you come to the end turn then almost immediately left. Follow this road for just under a mile, you will see our lane on the left hand side (signposted 'Tinney').

Follow the lane to the very end and you will see Carpenters Tinney. (Yellow House).

Come through to gates and park round to the left.
