There are 3 main ways to travel to the villa.

Fly from LHR, LGW or Stanstead to Marseille airport with either BA, Easyjet or Ryan Air. From there hire a car and drive.

Take the TGV to Avignon (Paris is about 2 1/2 hours) and hire a care from there.

Drive. Time allowing I recommend avoiding the toll roads. Travelling from the UK take the high speed ferry from Portsmouth to Caen. From there drive diagonally across France down the Loire valley, through the Central Massif stopping overnight halfway.
